The recent pandemic contributed to intensifying the use of technology, integrating it into health & fitness. People acknowledge the importance of keeping healthy and have embarked on various fitness routines to do so.

Every year, Taiwan Excellence selects eligible candidates through a rigorous and stringent selection system that covers four major aspects of R&D, design, quality and marketing to identify outstanding products that offer Innovative Value while satisfying the key criterion of being “made in Taiwan” And this year, the products selected are the Johnson@Mirror and the Body Charger@Linear Recumbent Stepper.

James Hsu – Sr. of Sales and Marketing Manager, Body Charger Fitness

James is a sales & marketing expert with Body Charger Fitness, an ISO certified fitness manufacturer. With over a decade's worth of experience in various areas of the business ranging from sales, business development, management to marketing, he is an all-rounder when it comes to managing a brand. He has a keen eye for product business development in fitness technology, particularly in the areas of hardware, software and professional services. In addition to that, he has in-depth knowledge on supply-chain management within the industry.


Jerry Neogh – Commercial Sales Assistant Manager, Johnson Fitness

Crossing sport boundaries to be a proven Sales Leader. High energy, action-oriented and success-driven. With 19 years of sales & marketing experience spanning the personal training industry, Jerry is a high-energy, action-oriented and success-driven Sales Leader. He facilitates real learning using a hands-on approach in order to deliver impactful knowledge, taking care to balance customer needs and specific subject solutions to achieve a range of effective educational outcomes.


Marc Daniel - Chartered Physiotherapist & Director, Synapse Rehab Consulting

Marc is the former President of the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) and Chief Physiotherapist and Head of Clinical Support Services, Prince Court Medical Centre has a wealth of experience both in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He currently practices in a private clinic that has been established for over 20 years. With an impressive track record as a practicing physiotherapist, Marc also lectured part-time at two of Malaysia’s higher learning institutes, University Technology of Mara on Sports Science and University Kebangsaan Malaysia (Malaysia’s national university), he taught Diploma and Degree students in Physiotherapy, Health Studies & Sports Science. He was also previously attached to the Twin Towers Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur for 4 years. He is currently a Director of Synapse Rehab Consulting Sdn Bhd running numerous Synapse Physiotherapy Clinics throughout the Klang Valley, Malaysia with the mission of expanding its potential nationwide.
